What a wonderful way to spend time with candlelit yoga to celebrate earth hour

and take a moment to thank the earth and recognize what it's done for us. How can we continue being stewards for the existence and prosperity for the planet and all?  1. Don't use single use plastic!  2. Compost your scraps in your kitchen and burry them in your backyard if you don't have a compost.  3. Eat more plants and less animal products!
